Position: Fresher role in international voice process Location: Hyderabad (Hafeezpet) Experience: Fresher Shift: Must be comfortable working in rotational shift Education: Graduation/Masters (Any Stream) Pass out year: 2026 and above Salary: Rs 16,100 Company: Genpact (working for Google) Note: Should be fluent in speaking English Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Providing proactive customer outreach Handling customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions Collecting and analyzing customer feedback Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Skills Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills (Language required- English) Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
