Key Responsibilities:
Freelancing and Bidding: Actively engage in freelancing platforms, identify opportunities, and submit competitive bids to secure projects.
Cold Calling and Emailing: Initiate and maintain regular contact with potential clients through cold calls and emails to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Achievement of Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
Daily KRA Management: Focus on daily KRA metrics, including bidding activities, freelancing assignments, cold calling, and email outreach.
B2B Understanding: Have a foundational understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
CRM/ERP Familiarity: Possess a basic understanding of CRM or ERP tools to manage and track customer interactions and sales processes.
Key Skills:
Communication: Proficient in English with excellent writing and speaking skills to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients.
Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
CRM Understanding: Familiarity with CRM tools and their application in sales processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
