Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for Interns in Event Management.
As an Event Management intern at Amplex Management Solutions Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in the events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish
2. Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth coordination and execution of events
3. Create and update event timelines and budgets using MS-Office tools
4. Prepare presentations and proposals using MS-PowerPoint
5. Assist in managing event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements
6. Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
7. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for future improvements
