• Job Specification:
• Catalog intern will be responsible for creating product description for the Firstcry website
• Knowledge of Grammar, Spelling, and Punctuation is a must
• Producing engaging and target audience-oriented content with basic knowledge of keyword placement will be an add on
• Working around images and checking them while working on product description is mandatory. Checking that images are up to website standards is important
• Basic product knowledge of Mom & kids products will play an important role for this profile
• Basic understanding of web formatting tools, such as HTML is essential as job also requires you to upload PDF manual for different products listed on the website
What are the criteria on which a customer returns the product and keeping a track on sales return are also some of the responsibility of the person
Desired (Good to have) skills: SEO sound knowledge, MS Office Qualification: Preferable Bachelor's in Mass Communication; Any Graduate
Project Description: (Project on which the new hire will work) : Roles and responsibilities: Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of product and the description requirements; create a good content of products; write easy to understand user interface text.
