Job Description: Data Management Executive Internship
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Management Executive Intern. In this role, you will work closely with our data management team to ensure accurate and efficient handling of data using advanced Excel and Google Sheets functionalities. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in data management and an opportunity to develop and refine your skills in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with data in Advance Excel platform, including pivot tables, V-lookup, filtering, functions, conditional formatting, and data validation in Google Sheets.
2. Create reports in Google Sheets for management information system (MIS) work reports, providing accurate and organized data for decision-making purposes.
3. Prepare monthly checklists using Google Sheets to track and manage data-related tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established procedures.
4. Assist in creating and handling Google Sheets for various data management purposes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
5. Provide support to team members in their daily use of data systems, addressing any issues or challenges they encounter and offering solutions to optimize data management processes.
6. Collaborate with the data management team to extract and compile data for reports, presentations, and other relevant purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and systems, identifying areas for optimization and proposing innovative solutions.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing/completed a degree preferably in BCA/BSc IT,MCA
2. Proficient in using advanced Excel functionalities, including pivot tables, V-lookup, filtering, functions, conditional formatting, and data validation. Experience with Google Sheets is a plus.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data sets effectively.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining well-structured records.
5. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of data management.
6. Familiarity with basic data management principles and an eagerness to expand knowledge in this area.
7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
