Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship opportunity for an HR Intern at Lernx. The HR Intern will be responsible for supporting HR functions, assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management within the organization.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

• Knowledge of HR policies and regulations

• Experience with Employee Benefits administration

• Personnel Management expertise

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience with recruitment processes is a plus

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related field
