Information about Process :-
1) Process :- Web & Chat Support – 24/7 shift flexibility with rotational week offs – 15k to 21k CTC (including allowances) + employee benefits + night shift allowance + performance based Incentives.
2) Process :- MMT Customer Support & Sales – 6 a.m. to 10.30pm. shift window , 1 rotational weekly of f – 16k CTC to 18K
3) Process :- Trust & Safety – Online Accommodation –24/7 with rotational week offs – Email & back office – excellent writing skills – 15k to 21k CTC (including allowances) + employee benefits
NOTE : No leaves would be approved during the first 60-+0 days – training + on the job learning period.
Extra Benefits:
Health Insurance of Rs 1 lakh 25 thousand rupees PF ESIC
16 Year old company
Extra incentives for Overtime or on best performance Free Pick up or Drop (Between 10.30 Pm to 6 AM) Lunch or Dinner at just Rupees 20/ Dish Yearly salary increments ( based on performance)
