About Job :
Nature of Job : Resolving the queries of the customers via Call .
Qualification : 10+2 or 10+3 or Graduate.
- Must have minimum 6 months international Voice experience.
- Should have excellent English communication in verbal and written.
- Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support.
- Should know how to handle the customers and resolve their issues.
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts.
