Job Title : Intra-Group Contract Management (IGCM) Analyst Location : Mumbai, India Corporate Title : Associate DWS continues its journey as a publicly listed asset manager since its IPO and is in the process of establishing its own infrastructure and corporate functions, including Procurement. You will join the IGCM Team, reporting into Strategic Supplier Relationships Management pillar of DWS Procurement. • Responsible for contract drafting for all IGO transactions
• Responsible for supporting DWS divisions in creating, updating, remediating, and executing contracts between any two or more internal DWS (or DB) group legal entities or branches, where the contracted services are subject to the VRM/TPRM process.
• Provides support to SROs and other stakeholders to assist in completion of the VRM/TPRM and IGO process
• Providing support to SROs and key stakeholders in completing Annual/Ad-hoc Contract recertification and SDM assessments
• Helping SROs in completing process to put up transactions for Priority Lists
• Fetching relevant data for regulatory purpose/scrutiny
• Support the global team in reporting and data cleansing for periodic meetings with business stakeholders of the respective Divisions
• Works closely with the wider procurement team to manage interdependencies across the procurement lifecycle and infrastructure (SAP ARIBA)
• Supports Strategic initiatives for DWS Global Procurement Team
• Responsible for identifying authorized signatories and getting the contracts executed
• Responsible for uploading valid intra-group contracts into central contract depository by capturing the key meta-data and creating a unique workspace
Your skills and experience
• IGCM professional with proven track record of managing intra group sourcing arrangements and contracts
• Knowledge of contract management and experience working with multiple internal legal entities and location
• Understanding of Vendor, Third Party Risk Management requirements and working with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance to the regulatory standards
• Organized professional responsible to manage end to end contract lifecycle; process, timing, delivery, status updates to key stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in conducting and driving meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in dealing with high volume of data, management of databases and Excel. Advanced exposure to Word and Powerpoint is must
• Strong analytical skills and ability to formulate clearly and present information in a compelling manner
• Confident to question the status quo business practice / existing control framework
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
