Intraday Liquidity Technology Hive Lead

Role Responsibilities The Intraday Liquidity Hive Tech Lead (IDL HTL) represents the technology organization at Hive level, harmonizes Hive technology (tech) objectives and tasks with other Hives, manages inter-Hive technical dependencies, and serves as sparring partner and peer to the Chief Product Owner (CPO). The Hive Tech Lead is responsible for tech resource allocation in cooperation with the CPO, prioritizing tech backlog, and upholding technical standards. The Hive Tech Lead role dedicates 100% of their capacity to the Hive goals and outcomes Responsibilities . Strategy . Set technical vision for Hive together with the CPO Deliver the Hive&rsquos technical roadmap and support the CPO in understanding existing technological constraints and work with them Act as Hive Architect to understand key changes to technology infrastructure and work within technology restrictions Ensure the technical consistency of solutions with the business architecture Define and prioritise the Hive&rsquos technology roadmap Work with architects to implement architecture and integration standards Business . Responsible for the transition to production of product enhancements Processes . Accept significant deliverables based on the goals and objectives agreed and based on continuous discussion with POs Participate in the technical definition of squads, providing knowledge for solving problems Coordinate architecture solutions Solve potential interdependencies between systems and teams Participate in the preparation of productionised products and their planning People & Talent . Help co-ordinate staffing of people from technology into Squads based on QPR demand Develop squad competency by working with Agile Coach and Chapter Leads Define the technical skills required for the proper operation of squads Risk Management . Manage all technology risks including cyber and information security, 3rd party risks and operational risks Governance . Ensure that other technology leaders are sufficiently involved in Hive ceremonies Manage all technology governance in relation to the IDL domain Regulatory & Business Conduct .
