Travel Pay Rate:
$2700 weekly ($18.5/hr w2 + $1960/week stipend)
Local Pay Rate:
$55/Hr - $57/Hr on w2

Job Summary:
Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Technologist supporting surgical teams in Seattle, Washington. Responsible for real-time monitoring of neural pathways during surgery using modalities such as SSEP, MEP, and BAEP to help prevent neurological injury. Works closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff in a high-acuity Level I trauma, teaching environment.
Duties
• Perform intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgical procedures
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot IONM equipment (Cadwell Surgical Studio)
• Monitor and interpret SSEP, MEP, and BAEP signals in real time
• Communicate critical changes promptly to surgical team
• Document monitoring data accurately in Epic Systems
• Ensure proper electrode placement and signal acquisition
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to OR protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
• At least 2 years of intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) experience
• Proficiency in SSEP, MEP, and BAEP
• Experience with Cadwell Surgical Studio (required)
• BLS certification required
• CNIM (Certified Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring) – highly preferred
• Experience with Epic charting – required
