PAK'nSAVE Westgate
Working as an Inventory Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring all dry goods sold in store are readily available and well presented for our customers. They also build and update displays throughout the store and uphold the integrity of our ticketing and theme week execution. From this role, there is plenty of room to grow and develop. As an Inventory Assistant, you'll be an early bird. Your role is to complete stock counting throughout the store. This is done on a rotating schedule, as part of a team. This is an important role as it allows us to verify stock availability for our customers, manage ordering and store financials.
The hours for this role are 45 hours over:
Monday 4:00 - 13:30
Tuesday 5:00 - 14:30
Wednesday 5:00 - 14:30
Thursday 5:00 - 14:30
Friday 5:00 - 14:30
About you
With a focus on 'thinking customer', success in this role will also require:
Excellent verbal and written English.
Excellent numeracy skills.
Ability to work independently at times.
Physically able to fulfil the requirements of the role - it includes lifting up to 25kg and occasional step ladder use. You must be physically able to fulfil this requirement.
Inquisitive nature and systematic thinking.
A well thought out transport plan, these are early hours where public transport does not operate.
