We are looking for someone to join the Wizard team with previous administration experience, excellent numerical reasoning, analytical skills, and a focus on delivering quality service in customer engagement and data integrity. As well as, finding opportunities to deliver excellence level experiences and supporting patients with their health.

The Role

Culture is a key part of the Wizard Brand, we aim to inspire a culture of success, and as a Pharmacy Assistant at Wizard, you will be front and centre, delivering exceptional service every day while continuing to develop core skills in communication and teamwork

Key responsibilities of this role include:

Accurate and effective purchasing, selling and management of inventory, focusing on minimising loss and maximising profit.
Planning, coordinating, and executing promotional activities in collaboration with the pharmacy team.
Ensuring attention to detail and a high standard of presentation throughout the pharmacy. Working with the team to maintain the merchandise and pharmacy appearance.
Completing administrative duties such as cash reconciliation and pharmacy consumable ordering.
Be part of a positive culture and workplace environment
Engage with customers to deliver a consistent excellence level of patient and customer experience
Provide continuous support across the entire pharmacy, including dispensary, over-the-counter medicines, nutrition and retail areas.
Support team in all brand initiatives, such as our Wizard Rewards program and affiliates.
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

Inventory Management experience is essential
Pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential.
S2/S3 certificate and OTC experience is also desirable
Certificate II or III in community pharmacy will be looked upon favourably.
Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
Retail and sales experience is advantageous
Strong and effective communication skills
High attention to detail
