The objective of this role is ensuring stock is accurately tracked and efficiently stored and available when needed. The role is responsible for all inventory movement with in the Distribution Center and perform regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records. This role is accountable for storge optimization and utilization of site by organizing stock layout for efficient picking and replenishment.

To be successful in this role, there is required attention to detail, precision in tracking inventory and identifying discrepancies. Ability to manage multiple inventory systems and have analytical, problem-solving skills, interpret inventory data and solve stock discrepancies. Must have strong numeracy skills to manage inventory metrics.
Design and organise stock layout to optimise pick paths, improve efficiency, and reduce travel time
Place items in optimal locations based on demand, size, and pick frequency
Manage SKU balance between the main site and off‑site 3PL locations
Ensure replenishment cycles are completed following wave build processes
Work closely with warehouse operators to support daily picking activities
Conduct regular top‑up replenishment to maintain fixed bins and minimize auto‑replenishment triggers
Monitor product location accuracy and ensure correct storage conditions
Collaborate with planners to expedite urgent requests
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Perform quality control inspections and support inventory and material master administration
Manage inventory status and maintain accurate records
Prepare and deliver metric reports accurately and on time
Respond to product queries including lot numbers, expiry dates, and other stock information
Assist outbound and other Distribution Centre teams as required
Conduct ongoing inventory analysis to support operational improvements
Qualification and Skills
Certificate, diploma, or degree in Warehousing, Operations, or Logistics
Minimum 2 years’ experience in DC operations or a related field
Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse management systems
Experience with SAP EWM or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
Solid computer proficiency
Excellent communication skills across all levels and functions
Positive, open‑minded attitude with a willingness to embrace change
Team‑oriented, supportive approach to working with others
Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Committed to meeting operational requirements with a strong sense of ownership
