Position Summary
Working as part of the supply chain team in our Reading office. This role is responsible for the management of our global inventory position. Alongside planning, procurement and ERP activities, for the UK, Europe, USA and rest of the world.
This role will report into the Head of Supply Chain UK & ROW, with a dotted line to Director of Supply Chain US.
Primary Responsibilities
• Ownership of weekly stock constraint meeting
• Responsible for the review of sales forecast for all stock items
• Management of all procurement activities including: All product ordering, Supplier benchmarking, Supplier Negotiations, Cost Analysis, Onboarding and exiting of suppliers
• Implementation lead for WMS and MRP – Product Ranking and Product minimums / maximums
• Ownership and management of ERP, WMS and MRP
• Overall responsibility for inventory control – Cycle Counting, Stock Write off / Write on, Loss Prevention, Stock Accuracy
• Masterdata ownership -- Product creation, Masterdata template
• Any other duties deemed necessary
Experience & Skills
• Knowledge of procurement practices
• Experience in stock management and control
• Previous experience in WMS / MRP set up
• Good IT knowledge of using PC’s and software tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player and good collaborator
• Enthusiastic with a positive outlook
• Salesforce experience
• NetSuite experience
