4. Inventory Management & Control
Own inventory accuracy across ERP, Amazon, retailer portals, DTC platforms, and 3PLs.
Perform daily inventory validation and reconciliation to prevent overselling and fulfillment issues.

Ensure inbound shipments, transfers, and adjustments are handled correctly.
Enforce best practices regarding which inventory adjustments should and should not be done manually.
Monitor marketplace exceptions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
7. Cross-Border & Landed Cost Management
Support cross-border shipments from ERP order creation through customs clearance.
Ensure accuracy of critical documentation and data including HS codes, country of origin, commercial invoices, and duties.
Maintain accurate landed cost allocation within the ERP.
Identify and mitigate risks that could cause delays, penalties, or compliance issues.
8. Reporting, Ownership & Judgment
Monitor and report on key inventory, fulfillment, and system KPIs weekly.
Use reporting and data analysis to proactively identify and prevent operational issues.
Escalate risks appropriately while owning resolution and follow-through.
Continuously improve processes, controls, and system reliability.
