As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Inventory Manager), you’ll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise the store’s profitability.
This role is set in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
Retail management experience - highly regarded
Solid understanding of inventory control.
The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
Skills in training and achieving results.
