What does the job look like?
The Inventory Manager is responsible for driving system and physical inventory accuracy across warehouse operations. This role partners closely with site leadership and customers to improve inventory processes, reporting and controls. Key areas:
Ensure alignment between system and physical inventory accuracy through robust controls and reporting
Manage inventory cycle counting programs and stocktakes, including analysis and reporting of results
Review warehouse processes and technologies to identify improvement opportunities and support solution design
Prepare detailed KPI and inventory performance reports, including stock levels and adjustments
Provide systems training to supervisors, inventory team leaders and new employees
Maintain transparent, auditable stock transaction processes that meet customer and business requirements
Are you the one?
You are an experienced inventory professional with a strong background in third‑party logistics and warehouse operations, bringing a structured, analytical approach to inventory accuracy and systems improvement. You can demonstrate:
Several years’ experience within third‑party logistics and warehouse environments
Accountability for inventory accuracy within a customer‑focused operation
Experience managing and leading staff within an operational setting
Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, including
PWS and SAP
Strong analytical capability to assess processes and develop practical, technology‑based solutions
Direct experience working with customers in a service‑driven logistics environment
