Job Description
We are a growing jewelry manufacturing and wholesale company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory and Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations. Our team works with modern business systems including Fishbowl for inventory management and Zoho for customer relationship management to keep operations organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for jewelry products and materials
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory tracking and adjustments
process customer orders and support customer communication and follow-ups
Assist with invoicing, order documentation and basic accounting support
Update order, inventory and customer information in internal systems
Coordinate with production, sales and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations
Generate operational reports and maintain organized records
Qualifications / Skills:
Intermediate Excel skills (ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and data organization)
Comfortable working with inventory systems and CRM software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in inventory management, operations administration or order processing
Experience working in manufacturing, wholesale or product-based businesses
