Job Responsibilities:
Communicating the Vision & Driving Strategy for Supply/Inventory Planning and Execution
Driving Transformation initiatives and deployment of the Honeywell GDM and RR adoption
Lead and Establishing a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence
Build a culture of highly skilled and talented professionals in preparation for progression within Honeywell
Managing the Supply/Inventory Planning function and processes.
Oversea Physical Network/Inventory Planning with Logistics & Inventory.
Setting Policies around Service Level and Inventory Entitlement Strategies with the Business and Operations.
Sets Stocking and Replenishment Strategies Push vs Pull to support Maximum Service with Minimum Inventories to meet AOP
Identify MOQ/EOQ/Lot sizes outside of entitlement and working with Strategic Sourcing to resolve
Monitor supply and demand imbalances that affect inventory targets and communicate/escalate
Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma techniques to rapid problem solve issues that impact inventory KPIs to drive continuous improvement actions that lead to world class performance
Close involvement with Prod Marketing for NPI/EOL/Promotion/Projects/PLC
Detailed involvement in transition execution
Deputizing for the Snr Dir of Materials Management in presenting Inventory Plans and Scenarios in leadership meetings as required.
Basic Qualifications:
Min 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area.
Proficiency with a Demand Planning tool (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, accounting, operations management, marketing or supply chain management.
Desirable Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Business Administration, accounting, operations management, marketing or supply chain management.
Experience with SAP ERP systems
APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification preferred
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
Travel – up to 10%
