Job Brief
We are looking for a Self-driven highly motivated Sales Person, with proven records of high performance in "Inventory & Supply Chain Executive -E-commerce". Candidate should have good interpersonal, leadership and business management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responisble for Overseeing day to day Operations.
· Monitor the team performance, guiding and mentoring to get the best out of them
·Order Fullfillment
Inventory Management
End to End Logistic Work.
Managing Procurement & Supply Chain Functions including sourcing Products
Vendor Management
Negotiating with Suppliers, and insuring timely delivery of Products.
· Creating an e-comm Sales strategy, Annual sales planning and monitoring with partners. Relationship management with agencies and partners, New channel partner identification and development in line with sales Strategy.
· Managing and executing promotional campaigns
· Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
· Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
· Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Skills & Qualification:
· Bachelor’s Degree / PG / MBA in Marketing or a related field
· Successful previous experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
· Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
· Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
· In-depth knowledge and understanding of e-commerce marketplaces
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
