Job Summary:
We're hiring a part-time Investment Administrator (Cash) to join us at HUB24 two days per week! We welcome students, recent graduates and people wanting part-time flexibility to apply!
This is a key role responsible for the accurate processing, reconciliation and settlement of cash transactions. This role plays an important part in ensuring funds are allocated correctly, regulatory obligations are met, and high‑quality service is delivered to internal and external stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile and settle cash movements into custody accounts
Investigate and resolve unallocated funds and suspense items, including EFT and SuperStream deposits
Process SuperStream contributions and rollovers and respond to SuperStream messages
Manage unclaimed money processing and return of funds in line with regulatory requirements
Complete daily bulk transaction processing, including direct debits and withdrawals
Support retail insurance processing, including premium debits
Prepare reports and liaise with fund managers, banks, custodians, advisers and internal teams
Ensure compliance with HUB24 policies, procedures and regulatory obligations
Requirements:
Tertiary studies in Finance, Accounting or similar fields.
Experience in Financial Services, ideally within cash or investment operations desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of Australian banking systems and payment processing.
Understanding of Australian securities, managed funds and settlement risk.
Strong attention to detail with effective problem‑solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted working relationships.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.
The successful candidate must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
