Job description, work day and responsibilities

The Role of Investment Administrator, Client Data & Payments is varied and covers aspects of Client On boarding; Static Data; cash processing across client accounts. Duties will include:

Client Account Opening
Client related static data maintenance
Deceased account processing
Data retention & dormant account responsibility
Processing client related payments and receipts
Processing ISA subscriptions
Shortfall Funding & FX Netting
Money Market requirements
Income sweeps and monthly sweeps to Finance
Prepare regulatory returns (CSDR & TR1 disclosures)
Oversight of Tercero licences, user access & client portal access
Maintenance of CASS Mandates
