Investment Advisor Job Role 1 Manage the financial planning and investment advisory process for HNI UHNI and Family Office clients 2 Detailed performance analysis of client portfolios and dynamic restructuring of the same with changing market conditions on predefined frequency asset allocation performance benchmarking portfolio deviation 3 Ensuring portfolios are aligned to the investment policy risk profiles to capitalize on prevailing opportunities without compromising on investment objectives 4 Monitor portfolio Investment Policy Statement IPS and report deviations 5 Focus on portfolio performance leading to increase in AUM and wallet share with the client 6 Regular client interaction 7 Assist team in strategically important projects for the Advisory business Job Requirements 1 High understanding of investment ideas across equities fixed income and alternates from a client suitability standpoint 2 Understanding of investment products and asset allocation methodologies 3 Sound Understanding of financial markets and keenness to stay updated 4 Being up to date with current market trends fund performances investment products and competition product offerings 5 Excellent written and oral communication skills Should be able to articulate investment strategy to clients and give supporting rationale 6 Comfortable working on Excel and PowerPoint Ideal work experience 1 Candidates with 58 years of experience as an Advisor or Product Manager in Wealth Management Asset Management space 2 Also open to look at candidates coming with specific asset class domain expertise equity debt alternates
