Job Description
Investment Engagement with banks/FIs to identify distressed assets and its resolution, pricing, sectorial dynamics.
• Adept at financial modelling and working knowledge of corporate finance, investments, due-diligence, cash-flow monitoring, etc.
• Basic legal understanding to for due diligence, resolution strategy.
• Preparation of valuation charts, pricing, offer documents
• Asset Monitoring and ownership to monitor adherence to processes and policies
• Pre-acquisition approvals and post-acquisition notes, MIS, Has to be a qualified CA/ or CFA/ or MBA - Finance (full time only)
• 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Relationship, Banking/Resolution/Investment Banking, NBFC (wholesale lending)
• Thorough understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, etc.
