As the portfolio management support professional in our Data, Analytics and Modelling team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Job responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to Portfolio Managers, including data aggregation, analytics and reporting
Developing quantitative tools to enhance investment process for multi-asset portfolios.
Conducting research & ad-hoc analysis on performance, attribution, risk management and portfolio construction
Propose new and redesign existing process flows, models and excel based models/tools to achieve efficiencies and controls.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2 - 4 Years of experience supporting Portfolio management, Equity research and/or Financial modelling activities at a mutual fund or a fund of fund investment management organization.
MBA Finance with CFA/FRM certification preferred.
Experienced in using Bloomberg/Factset/Morningstar to curate investment research reports and dashboards.
Fluent programming skills in python required and experience executing process automation or user tool automation projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills to thrive on a global team, with the ability to present logically, precisely and in a simple manner, complex and technical issues.
Working knowledge of fund of funds business and a variety of investment products including mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, structured products, etc.
Experience in creating market dashboards, factsheets and investment prospectuses and experience of analyzing Sectors/Industries/Countries/Themes and presenting an investment thesis to the CIO and Portfolio management teams.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
ESG investing/markets experince is a good to have.
Experience in R or Matlab good to have.
