We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Strategy Manager to join our team. This key role involves leading the delivery of state-wide portfolio planning, urban renewal, and asset strategy services.
Key Accountabilities
Key accountabilities include developing and implementing strategies to support the SA Housing Trust's Strategic Asset Management Plan. This will involve leading a high-performing team, providing pro-active strategic leadership, and developing operational policies/procedures.
Essential Requirements
A tertiary qualification in urban planning, land economics, valuation, or equivalent is essential. Excellent leadership and communication skills are also required.
