Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate software acquisition opportunities across Europe and beyond
Conduct financial analysis, market research, and valuation modelling
Lead and manage due diligence across legal, financial, commercial, and technical areas
Support investment memos, committee prep, deal structuring, and negotiation
Collaborate with portfolio companies post-acquisition on growth and integration
Build sourcing relationships and strengthen Aries’ investment pipeline
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, VC, or corporate development
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (experience with SaaS preferred)
Proven experience leading or supporting deal processes from end to end
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ownership-driven environment
