As one segment of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Corporate Finance business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities:
Support origination and execution of IB business, with a strong focus in Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure and Lodging (Regal) sectors
Responsible for financial modelling along with financial analysis
Assist in proactive approaches on originating and pitching to clients
Due diligence of clients and markets
Deal documentation and internal approvals
Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
Handle day to day client queries on all execution related matters
Attend client meetings independently
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in origination and execution of deals in Australia Regal sectors
Relevant Corporate Finance experience with experience in preparing pitch books
Strong quantitative and technical abilities with experience in financial modelling and financial analysis
Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task
Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
Strong communication skills
