Job description
Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Investment Banker to drive investment portfolio optimization, manage investor relations, and facilitate mergers & acquisitions. The role involves evaluating business verticals, raising capital, assisting in IPO planning, and strengthening strategic investments for growth and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute investment banking strategies for multiple business verticals.
- Create detailed valuation models and identify potential investors.
- Support IPO readiness and planning for business units.
- Facilitate M&A transactions and manage key investor relationships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Group CFO.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in financial modelling, analysis tools, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a top-tier institute
- 12-15 years of total experience, with at least 7-10 years in investment banking or private equity.
- Successful handling of a minimum of five large transactions.
- Experience in private equity and/or IPO capital markets; partial M&A experience acceptable.
