Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Investment Banker to join our team. In this role, you will research and evaluate companies to assist clients in raising capital. The ideal candidate must have excellent judgment and communication skills and be familiar with underwriting procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities
Conduct research and perform due diligence
Issue public finance debt. Should have relationship with municipal bond issuers
Issue debt and sell equity to raise capital
Manage IPOs and private equity placements
Build relationships with potential investors and clients
Facilitate mergers and acquisitions
Assist with corporate restructuring
Perform risk analysis
Provide sound financial advice
Create and present reports and forecasts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required, Master’s degree preferred
Valid license (e.g. Series 7, 63 & 79); professional certification (e.g. CFA) is preferred
Previous experience as an Investment Banker, Underwriter, or similar role
Knowledgeable about valuation, modeling, and forecasting
Understanding of all regulations covering securities and M&As
Up-to-date on current market developments
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
