Preparation of IM , Pitch deck and teaser documents;
Extensive desk research to arrive at target identification , peer group analysis and suitable benchmarks;
Regular research on industry news and publications;
Sector focus specific research and database mining;
Effectively utilize lead generation system;
Identifying opportunities & target corporate entities for financial advisory & syndication business;
Identify firms looking for expansion etc and are in need of credit;
Understand and Evaluate the Client business and strategize on possible solutions, Perform and analyze industry research;
Create financial models, client presentations, term sheet preparation, understand legal agreements and offer memorandums;
Transaction structuring and Valuation;
Reporting potential problems Suggesting counter proposals / alternatives;
Performing in-depth industry, market and competitor research
