Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Banking Analyst located in Navi Mumbai. The Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for performing financial modeling to produce accurate analyses, conducting thorough due diligence on prospective investments, and interpreting financial data. Daily tasks will include supporting senior analysts and bankers in preparing presentations and reports, analyzing financial statements, and assisting in the execution of transactions.
Qualifications
• Strong Financial Modeling and Finance skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Due Diligence capabilities
• Background in Investment Banking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of financial software and tools is a plus
• Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are beneficial
