We are seeking applications from candidates for an internship in an investment banking role for a 3-month period starting from 10th or 17th October 2026.
Please apply only if you are available for a 5-day work week during the internship period.
Candidates should be self-driven, enthusiastic, and looking to build a career in Corporate Finance, Private Equity, and/or Investment Banking.
This internship will provide you with an opportunity to develop financial, teamwork and communications skills. You will also get to discover the role you are best suited for, and your efforts could even be rewarded with a full-time job offer depending on your performance.
The role requires the following skills:
• A strong work ethic, orientation to detail and a passion for excellence.
• A self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well at all levels in the organization.
• A good grasp of investment/financial concepts, financial modeling and valuation methods.
• Possess good business analysis (Microsoft Excel), communication (written and oral), and presentation (written and oral – Microsoft PowerPoint, KeyNote) skills.
• A quick learner with the ability to understand multiple industries in a short period of time
• Highly enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Roles And Responsibilities:
During the internship, you will play an important role in assisting the senior team in developing, building, and strengthening current client relationships, participating on the advisory team, and structuring and executing cross-border financial transactions (M&A and Private Equity).
The direct roles and responsibilities of an intern are as follows:
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books/information memorandums for sale assignments.
• Assist in valuation assignments through the creation of financial models.
• Conduct industry research.
• Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of industry news and trends.
Stipend for 3 months is INR 30,000 payable at the end of 3 months
