Job Responsibilities:
- Leading M&A and Private Equity transaction executions end to end
- Manage process timelines and quality of deliverables on executions
- Client management on executions
- Closely work with and manage a small team of analysts/ associates
- Lead and coordinate preparation of collaterals - Teasers, Info Memo and Business plans
- Lead preparation of pitch/ discussion decks
- Ensure maintenance of industry knowledge base materials for the team
- Based on the level of experience, involvement in BD initiatives and managing relationships with some PE funds
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 yrs of relevant experience of executing advisory transactions - PE and/ or M&A
- Experience preferably in another investment bank, but open to looking at profiles in corporate M&A/ buyside roles as well
- Should have exposure to Financial services and fintech space
- MBA from top tier school or CA
