What We’re Looking For
Recent experience (1–3 years) in investment banking, ideally at Analyst or early Associate level
Solid M&A exposure, ideally in the clean energy, infrastructure, or renewables space
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to support deal execution from origination to close
A clear interest in the energy transition, ESG, or low-carbon sectors
High-achieving academic background (Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline)
What You’ll Be Doing
Support live transactions including project finance, mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises
Assist with client presentations, investment memoranda, and financial due diligence
Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses for clean energy assets and businesses
Conduct market and sector research across solar, wind, storage, hydrogen, and more
Collaborate with senior bankers and clients on strategic advisory work
Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment with excellent mentorship
