Investment Banking Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive equity research and analysis on various industries and companies.

• Prepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos.

• Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring.

• Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing to discussions and recommendations.

• Collaborate with traders to execute security trades and monitor market trends.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments.

Qualifications:

• Person should be CA and CFA both.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, and security trading.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and dedication to producing high-quality work.

• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe) is a plus.
