Conduct industry research and create market trend reports
Assist in preparing pitch decks, investment memorandums, and presentations
Analyze financial statements and support due diligence for M&A and fundraising deals
Collaborate with senior analysts and associates on live transactions
Monitor capital markets and track economic developments
Maintain internal databases, deal trackers, and financial models
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Graduates only)
MBA (Finance)
CA (Inter / Final)
CFA (Level 1 or Level 2)
Skills:
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
Proficiency in Excel and basic financial modeling
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
Understanding of corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
