Key Responsibilities
Conduct industry research and prepare reports on market trends and investment opportunities
Assist in preparing pitch decks, presentations, and investment memorandums
Analyze financial statements and support due diligence for M&A and fundraising deals
Collaborate with senior analysts and associates on live transactions
Track capital markets and stay updated on economic and industry trends
Maintain and organize internal databases and deal-tracking sheets
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter or Final) / CFA (Level 1 or Level 2)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
Basic understanding of corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
