Role Details:
We are looking to hire a Resource for our investment banking division who could champion our efforts in Originating and Executing deals, in debt advisory , focusing on mid-market companies in the Real Estate sector.
Ideal candidate should be a successful Investment Banker with proven end-to-end transaction experience and enduring promoter/CFO level relationships.
Job Description:
• Deal Origination, structuring, negotiation & execution of transactions across debt financing and venture capital financing.
• Deep network and established relationships with potential lenders including but not limited to Banks, (Private & PSU), NBFC, Credit Funds, VC funds.
• Understand the full spectrum of the client's financial & capital requirements- both debt & equity and other advisory products.
• Work with the team in preparation of teasers, pitch books, information memorandum, management presentations, financial models and other deal related presentations & notes.
• Build and maintain Independent & extensive engagement with senior most levels of clients and key decision makers, including Promotors/CEOs/CXOs etc.
• Support on deal diligence; primary research; for instance consumer interviews, market sizing, competitor benchmarking, creation of internal investment memos.
• Strong awareness of market trends and underwriting appetite in order to originate the right kind of transactions.
• Manage revenue driven performance evaluation matrix.
Ideal Candidate is expected to have:
• Background of Corporate Finance / Real Estate PE / Private Equity / M&A / Structured Finance Thorough understanding of market dynamics & macro - economic variables.
• Self Starter with excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills focused on deal origination & end to end closure.
• Demonstrated initiative & maturity in dealing with assignments & clients
• Development & interpretation of financial models & valuation matrices
• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
