Investment Banking Role - Debt & Equity
Roles & Responsibility:
- Experience in Origination and/or Execution of IB deals (Capital market, debt, PE and M&A) in Large/Mid Corporate domain.
- Maintaining existing relationships and making new relationships with corporates.
- Preparing pitch presentations, marketing material, financial modelling (not negotiable) etc.
- Extensive Analysis of Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash Flow, Key Financial Ratios etc.
- Preparing Project Reports, CMA Data, Financials Modelling etc.
- Effectively drive the credit appraisal process with Bankers, Coordinate with TEV consultants, Advocates, Lenders' Independent Engineer and all other concerned parties in the transaction life cycle
- Manage the strong relationships with the Lenders in Private Banks, PSU Banks, NBFCs, FI's, Mutual Funds etc. up to DGM or AVP levels.
- Mind-set to take ownership of transaction and find a solution
- Ability to navigate across cross-functional teams and get the job done
- No specific sector experience required must have a mind-set to specialise in a couple of sectors, balance deep sector knowledge with product knowledge
- Self-driven and aggressive ambitions; mind-set to think big, willingness to work in a chaotic entrepreneurial environment, keen to take on additional responsibilities and indulge in areas outside the comfort zone.
- Always Part of solutions with Borrowers.
- Assist in the entire gamut of post sanction activities such as Progress Report, Documentation, Security Creation, LIE report, CA certification, disbursement mechanism etc.
- Willingness to work in a chaotic, entrepreneurial environment Keen to take on additional responsibilities.
