Job Description
Responsibilities
Ø Prepare comprehensive financial models for various projects to deliver cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment and return analysis
Ø Work closely with the project development team to identify, analyses and execute the most optimum financing solution for projects (including debt and equity)
Ø Coordinate with finance providers on due diligence, term sheet negotiations and documentation
Ø Work with project teams to ensure timely compliance with all conditions precedent and other obligations
Ø Coordinate the drawdown/repayment formalities for debt facilities and to monitor compliance with financing conditions and obligations
Ø Support senior management on various financing related matters on an ongoing basis
Ø Preparation of financial model/project report/CMA data
Ø Performing financial analysis of the Subject Company, comparable companies and comparable transactions
Ø Downloading comparable company/transaction information from databases like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, merger market, Venture intelligence, OneSource etc
Ø finding out comparable companies for the valuation Selecting comparable transactions
Ø Report writing on the valuation.
Qualifications
Commerce Graduate,
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant/ CFA all levels cleared with experience in investment banking
Joining date: June 10th
Remuneration: Rs.7 lacs p.a. to Rs.13 lacs p.a
