Linear Partners are helping a leading global investment bank in their search for a Vice President to join their UK Investment Banking team in London.
Key responsibilities:
Execution of M&A transactions Oversee the production of marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documents Manage due diligence processes and relevant external parties throughout the transaction Manage and mentor the Analysts within the team Requirements: 6+ years working in an Investment Bank Ability to take a lead role in the negotiation and execution of transactions Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset Excellent verbal and written communication
