· Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager
· Location: Mumbai
· Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance from reputed college
· Salary range: (Fixed): (As per Industry Standards) 10 LPA-20 LPA
· Experience required: Minimum 3-6years experience in corporate finance/ Investment banking
· Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify and generate ideas and solutions for new business development work with seniors/ colleagues to identify opportunities and participate in origination meetings and discussions with clients.
2. Prepare marketing pitchbooks, perform industry research, business analysis, financial modelling and other deliverables on potential clientele, ranging across various industry segments within given timelines.
3. Candidate should help build and cultivate client network and relationships.
4. Candidate should possess strong financial analysis skills and be proficient in financial modelling and presentations as well as proficient with Bloomberg, Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Candidate should contribute to tasks in execution of the transaction, from research, information memorandum preparation, transaction structuring through to execution, documentation and deal closing.
