Investment Performance Analysis, Officer
Who we are looking for
A dynamic and experienced client-facing Investment Analytics (IA) Specialist covering investment performance, attribution, and mandate compliance. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their technical needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and support of our products and services. The candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex problems.
What you will be responsible for
As an IA Specialist a candidate will be required to:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients
Understand your client’s IA requirements and what they value
Build trusted relationships using proactive communication and expectation management
Provide strong governance and client support via our Client Service Process (CSP)
Work closely with internal teams (Operations & Product) to ensure client needs are met
Provide feedback to product development team based on client interactions and experiences
Deliver value to our clients through insights and consulting on value-add solutions
Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications
Build and communicate your knowledge of the local market.
