Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring adherence to bank policies
Inform customers about new products or product enhancements to expand the banking relationship
Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
Coordinate with other group companies to offer seamless access to a range of products
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track complaints/resolutions
Requirements:
Strong product knowledge in Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Mutual Fund Products
IRDA and AMFI certifications are desirable
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role; preference for Post Graduates with 2-3 years of experience
Customer-centric approach with high energy levels and a drive to succeed
