KRAs :
• Developing and managing banking relationships with a select group of customers who are part of the portfolio mapped for their Financial Planning, Insurance and Investment Requirements.
• Ensures high levels of customer serviceorientation and application of bank policy.
• Informs customers of new productsor product enhancements to further expandthe banking relationship.
• Plansand conducts special sales initiatives andevents for prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless accesstoother products.
• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customeraccounts.
Tracks customercomplaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
• Desired Candidate Profile :
• Product Knowledge in LI, GI and Mutual Fund Products.
• IRDA and AMFI Certification Employees will be preferred
• Graduate : 3 -5 years of experience
• Post Graduate: 2 -3 years of experience
• Customer orientation
• High energylevels with a motive to succeed
