We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Investment Specialist to spearhead fundraising efforts for seed and early-stage projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in investment sourcing, capital raising, structuring joint ventures, and fostering collaborations with investors, venture capitalists, private equity firms, and institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities:Fundraising & Investment Strategy
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital for seed and early-stage projects.
• Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, venture capital firms, angel investors, and institutional investors.
• Structure and negotiate funding agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and investor expectations.
Investor Relations & Deal Structuring
• Cultivate relationships with investors, partners, and financial institutions to facilitate funding opportunities.
• Conduct investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial modeling to communicate the value proposition of projects.
• Lead negotiations on terms, valuations, and equity structures for investments and joint ventures.
Joint Venture & Collaboration Management
• Identify strategic partners and investment opportunities to enhance growth and scalability.
• Facilitate joint venture agreements, partnerships, and co-investment structures.
• Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance and due diligence.
Market Research & Due Diligence
• Conduct market research to assess investment trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform due diligence on potential investors, partners, and projects to mitigate risk.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting venture funding and investment strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Investment Banking, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or fundraising for startups.
• Skills & Expertise:Proven track record in raising funds for early-stage projects.
• Strong network of investors, venture capitalists, and strategic partners.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and investment structuring.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to navigate complex investment and joint venture agreements.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CFA, CAIA, or equivalent investment certification.
• Experience in managing large-scale investment deals or working with startup accelerators/incubators.
