Ownership of the Investments target of the Region / Area that they are mapped to.
Increase of Mutual Fund AUM for the mapped Region / Area.
Penetration of client base for creating new investors in MF / investments from existing client base
Increase in (investments products) productivity of RMs
Acquisitions (NTB) attributed to presence of IC i.e NTB opened by RMs on the back of investments due to the presence of the IC
Qualitative
Client meetings / coverage / joint calls
Portfolio construction and reviews
Training & Development.

Job Requirements
In depth domain knowledge of
Mutual Fund investments in detail, PMS
Equity Market. Current Economy.
Distribution / Channel management.
Good communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work with other people well
Willing to travel
Educational Qualifications
Post graduate, preferably MBA
CFP will be preferred\
Experience Profile 7-8 years’ work experience in NBFC, Banks, Mutual Fund industry
