Role Description
Our Investments – agile teams at Deutsche Bank - Private Bank (TDI) develop and maintain applications for securities business of Private Customers. Changes are generally announced on short notice due to regulatory requirements or time to market challenges. Quality and stability has priority together with time to market.
By working in an DevOps model actively improving the model, we achieve very high quality while continuously delivering value to our clients. Located in Germany and India, we work closely together using agile and virtual collaboration techniques and our team's diversity to reach our goals of continuous deployment, process improvement and internalizing engineering know how.
As an Application Owner you will closely work together with business and operation units as well as development team to gain structural stability of the applications, compliance for technical/risk/policy related processes while managing the technical roadmap of the applications in the context of Deutsche Bank's digitalization journey.

Your key responsibilities
• You ensure/follow-up structural availability, stability and performance of the application on Production and Test environments.
• You ensure the application's compliance with Deutsche Bank IT policies (i.e. security monitoring, roadmap compliance, access management-SoD, etc), including availability of all necessary application/service knowledge and documentation
• You support the Product Owner, Analyst and Scrum Master in terms of application and compliance related topics
• You facilitate Disaster Recovery activities by reviewing DR plans and coordinating the execution of DR exercise for the application
• You are responsible for Access and other Infrastructure related topics
Your skills and experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a in a similar role. ITIL knowledge would be a plus.
• Basic technical capabilities and infrastructure mainframe knowledge (e.g.: COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS-DB )
• Experience with tooling across the Software development Lifecycle/DevOps: Jira, HP ALM, Confluence, etc.)
• Strong ability to manage unexpected events ; control and deal with them quickly and efficiently. When confronted with a problem, you will need to collect information, analyze situation, point out solutions and apply them to solve perfectly in reasonable time.
• Pro-active team player with very good communication and excellent English language skills for interacting with stakeholders
• Experience with working together with Agile/SCRUM teams and their methods and tooling.
